June 16. It’s a special day in our country and a special holiday. But this year it’s also Father’s Day. So do Dad a favour and don’t forget him. Make sure he gets a wonderful gift this year! We’ll give you a few Father’s Day gift ideas that will help make it the best Father’s Day ever.
Father’s Day Gift Ideas 1: Incredible computers.
Our tenant, Incredible Connection, has some really great tech. And who doesn’t enjoy tech? Especially dads who are tech-savvy and just must have the latest. Our suggestion? Pop by that store and see what they’ve got on offer. You’ll often find there are items on sale.
Like, does Dad need a new laptop? Now’s the time to get him one. There’s been a significant jump in computer technology lately. Faster speed, more processing power, and overall better designed.
You can get plenty of other tech there too, like stylus pens for his tablet computer or cellphone, headphones, and even games. We’re especially big fans of Xbox and PlayStation games. Nothing beats sitting next to the TV with a hot heater beside you as you try beat the boss, track, or other team in whatever genre of game you’re into.
There are also ‘party’ games that the whole family can play.
Father’s Day Gift Ideas 2: If the shoe fits.
Aldo is one of the leading international brands when it comes to the best in fashionable footwear, luxury items, and accessories.
Some dads don’t change their shoes as often as they should. These can lead to smelly situations. The remedy? Check Dad’s shoe size and then drop into Aldo for a nice new pair of shoes. Something stylish that’ll go with his current wardrobe.
It’s certainly a step in the right direction.
A bit bookish.
If Dad is the type to be nose-deep in a novel, then you have two options: Bargain Books or Exclusive Books. Both boast an excellent selection of the latest.
Like Redemption by David Baldacci. In it, FBI consultant Amos Decker is forced to confront the homicide that happened 12 years ago involving his wife and daughter. Now, he has reason to believe he put the wrong person behind bars. If so, then the real killer is out there. Worse, he’s still at it – and as the body count continues to rise, Decker is on a desperate hunt to catch him while confronting his own personal demons.
Page turners like these really make cold winter nights more endurable. Dad will cuddle up in a duvet while enthralled with his wordy gift.
Go Go Gadget Dad!
Gadget World is for those slightly out-of-this-world gifts. You can get the weird and wonderful in gadgetry here. But if you really want to treat Dad, get him metaphorically and literally flying high. With a drone – ready for take-off. The drones on offer at Gadget World allow for aerial photography as well, so if Dad likes his photography, it will take taking photos to new heights.
There are also plenty of screen protectors and iPad covers for him too. As well as USB sticks to keep music on for his car, or if he just generally likes to move files from computer to computer.
Father’s Day Gift Ideas 5: Now we’re smokin’.
You know the cliché, where at the birth of a child, the father hands out cigars to all his friends just outside the hospital? Well, it’s been however many years later, but if Dad is still into his tobacco, there’s no finer place to get him a cigar than at JJ Cale Premier Tobacconist. They stock premium Cuban and non-Cuban cigars, along with exquisite pipe tobaccos. Now put that in your pipe and smoke it! In fact, they have a selection of excellent pipes too.
Not only that, but if Dad is more into his vaping these days, they have vape juices and vapors as well.
And if he isn’t into either, there’s still a great array of gentlemen’s gifting and collectibles.
Whatever you end up getting Dad, make sure to take him to our renovated food court area on the day for lunch. You can see some of our wonderful restaurants here.
We hope these Father’s Day gift ideas really help you.
