The dangers of the wild.
We’re looking at smart TVs today.
The seals form a deadly gauntlet in the icy waters. They swim swiftly, hungry jaws slavishly open. Can the penguins survive? Normally awkward on land, the water is a penguin’s element, and one – especially plucky – moves his body rhythmically as he hurtles through the waves in an attempt to get to the snowy shores.
He’s made it past a seal, who aggressively whips around and gives chase. The penguin is only moments away from being made into a tasty morsel. They both push themselves to the limit, one to eat, one to survive.
The penguin makes it onto land, but is exhausted as he pushes himself up the shore further in-land.
Meanwhile, the seal is just behind him, having plopped onto the ground from the water himself. He too is exhausted. For a moment, neither are able to move. Then, the penguin slowly pushes himself up and waddles away.
His was a deadly excursion: to find food for his chick, which he will regurgitate later – if he can now make it past a deadly forest of sleeping sea lions. Who are particularly aggressive at this time of year, it being their mating season.
Will the penguin make it through? Will he get to his chick and feed him his much-needed nourishment?
That you’ll have to find out on the Netflix nature documentary, One Planet.
Gorgeously cinematography. Perfect on Smart TVs.
One of the things that stands out about One Planet is how immerse it is. With incredible camera techniques, you feel as if you are right there, in the heart of the action. You’ll feel the pulsating struggle for survival in a contest of wills between predator and prey. You’ll feel the desperate need to overcome the odds.
That’s if you have the latest in television technology. A large screen 4K (or, confusingly, also known as UHD) with dolby vision that you find on smart TVs is ideal.
TVs are so incredible these days, truly with the ability to place you in the time and place of your favourite show or movie. And with smart technology comes wi-fi. No longer do you need a box to connect to the internet. The TVs of today download apps that allow you to launch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Showmax, and other streaming services.
Like, with 55 inches of TV magic, battles on Game of Thrones will never be the same again. These smart TVs now have HDR tech, which means you can see everything on screen in clear detail. Ordinarily, if you were watching a scene with high contrasting lights and shadows, either the lights would be blown out, or the shadows would be too dark to see anything through.
Not anymore thanks to HDR. Everything is, pardon the pun, picture perfect.
Time to upgrade.
If you haven’t bought a TV in a while, you’ll be amazed at the jump in technology. And will be excited to know you really get great bang for your buck. Many smart TVs come with special chips just like computers that accelerate what you see on screen and preventing ghosting.
Ghosting isn’t ignoring someone (as the term pertains to on social media and failing relationships). In fact, with these new smart TVs, you’ll find your relationship with them is one of the best you’ll ever get into. What we mean by ghosting is the effect when a shot is panning; that is, when the camera is moving to the left or right.
What used to be annoying on older TVs (and you may currently be experiencing) is a thing of the past with these newer smart TVs.
For the best in television technology, pay a visit to DionWired in our mall today.
