Woodlands has devotedly served over 124.3 million repeat shoppers since its opening in 2004. The mall opened with 82 stores and was extended in 2010 to just over 150 stores. In 2011, Hyprop Investments Limited acquired the mall making Woodlands one of Africa's premier listed shopping centre funds on the JSE.

Woodlands offers 5 VIP Nu Metro cinemas with a lively outdoor restaurant area and central kiddies play area. We are an easily navigable one-level mall anchored by Checkers on the eastern side of the mall, Woolworths in the centre and Pick n Pay on the western side. We also have a value centre on the southern side of the property which is home to Builders, Outdoor Warehouse, Tiger Wheel & Tyre and more.
Centre Management
Our Centre Management offices can be found in the basement parking at entrance 2 beneath Spur and Nedbank. Our offices hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. A duty manager is available during mall trading hours.
