Info Desk
A Guest relations and information desk is conveniently situated opposite Truworths and can be contacted on 012 997 9460. Our trained guest relations officers (GROs) can assist with gift card sales, directions, mall maps, lost and found items, compliments and complaints, wheelchair and mart cart usage, shop telephone numbers, tenant queries, pre-paid parking cards and directions to surrounding attractions or destinations. The desk is open during regular trading hours.
Wheelchairs and mart carts are available for your convenience from our Guest Relations Desk. A R100 refundable cash deposit is required to make use of this free facility.

Pensioners
All Woodlands pensioners qualify for free parking on Mondays and Wednesdays, simply collect your tickets from the info desk or get your permanent parking card if you visit the mall more than 4 times a month. Free use of wheelchairs and motorized mart carts are also available from the info desk.

Public Transport Options
Uber operates to and from the mall. The Uber drop-off/pick-up area is on the northern side of the mall at entrance 4 near the restaurants.
