DISABLED FACILITIES
Woodlands offers a variety of services for our disabled shoppers.
- Wheelchair hire info and booking process/requirements
- Designated parking bays
- Bathroom facilities and locations
- Accessibility (lifts, ramps etc.)
Designated parking bays are located at each of Woodlands’ mall entrances to ensure easy access for both the physically disabled and senior citizens.
Wheelchairs and Mart Carts are available for your convenience from our Guest Relations Desk. A R100 refundable cash deposit is required to make use of these free facilities.
Disabled bathroom facilities are available at each of our bathroom locations:
- Next to Typo (close to entrance 3)
- Between Truworths and Cape Union Mart (close to entrance 4)
- At our Restaurant Piazza (close to entrance 4)
- Between PnA and @home (close to entrance 1)
Woodlands is a one-level mall making it easy and convenient for disabled or elderly shoppers.
