At Woodlands, we offer 1 089 undercover parking bays, 2 058 open-air parking bays, and 24-hour security to give you peace of mind while you enjoy your shopping.

We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to pay for parking, which include:

We are excited to introduce admyt, our new parking partner, a leading digital parking platform and app utilising license plate recognition (LPR) software and smartphone technology to provide you with a seamless, ticketless and cashless parking experience.

Once registered, you may simply drive up to the parking entrance or exit boom and the system and cameras will then automatically recognise your license plate, allowing the booms to open without the need for a parking ticket, access card or pay station visit.

Sign-up online or download the app (available on Android or Apple), parking fees are then charged directly and automatically to your registered bank card or Admyt wallet.

Pre-paid parking cards are available for purchase at R50 from the Guest Relations Desk which is pre-loaded with R50. These cards can be conveniently used to avoid standing in queues and can be recharged at any pay station.

Disabled parking bays are situated close to all entrances and underground parking garages. Although every effort is made by our security team to ensure that disabled bays are not misused, we depend on the public to be responsible in their parking behaviour.

Woodlands has specially demarcated moms and tots parking bays at entrances 1, 3 and 4 (in the basement). These bays are wider to allow for fully opened car doors and the removal of prams.

The parking office can be found in the phase 1 underground parking area. Take the lifts or escalators next to Heat Grillroom or WCellar and once in the parking garage follow the signage or walk towards the furthest corner facing the Woodlake Drive underground parking entrance.

To make use of our drop & go parking period (15 minutes), take a parking ticket at the boom upon entry and insert the ticket at the exit boom when you leave – there is no need to go to the pay station. Alternatively, you can make use of our drop-off zone on the northern side of the mall close to the Restaurant Piazza.

The designated Uber drop-off points are located at the fountain near Entrance 4, which is accessible from Woodlake Drive, as well as Entrance 2 outside Spur.
