Security
The safety and security of our shoppers and tenants are a top priority at Woodlands. We offer 24-hour security throughout the mall every day of the year which is managed by Fidelity Security. All parking areas are boomed and patrolled by security guards on Segways. All our guards are linked via radio to our control room where high-definition CCTV cameras are monitored. The Woodlands security team works closely with the SAPS and Metro Police. Our security control room is situated down the passage between Truworths and Cape Union Mart.

First Aid
First aid is available from our security office situated down the passage between Truworths and Cape Union Mart. All security supervisors are trained to level 3 in first aid. Ambulances, from Pretoria East Hospital located 3 minutes away from the centre on Garsfontein road, are called in emergencies.
